Blending decades of business experience with a commitment to personal, attentive service, I found a new way to use my skills and values to serve others through real estate.
In 2020, I reached a turning point in my life. After 30 years of working my way up to Executive Leadership for a Multi-National company that produced products for residential homes, we sold the business. For the first time, I was able to take a pause and think about what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like. Real estate ended up being the perfect way to translate my skills into a new purpose.

I grew up in a small Czech town called West, Texas, known for its world-famous kolaches. There, I saw firsthand how the value of hard work and service contributed to a tight-knit community. My parents and grandparents ran their own appliance store, serving their community for over 50 years. My dad was a volunteer fire chief, and my mom helped start WestFest and served on the board for decades. They set an incredible example for me: work hard, serve others, and build the life you want to live.
Having these incredible role models gave me my drive in life. I finished high school at 17, college at 19, and went on to earn my MBA. From there I joined the wood products company where I worked my way up. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to excel in a variety of roles. I gained hands-on experience in everything from operations and marketing, to executive leadership, including serving as a member of the board of directors. This experience taught me how to put together a deal, problem-solve on the fly, and communicate with everyone from production workers to CEOs.

When my 30-year career in the field came to a close, I saw real estate as the perfect way to translate all of these diverse skills into a new setting that directly helped people. After we sold the company, I was in a position where I didn’t have to work, but I wanted to. As a result, the professional advice and guidance I offer in real estate are completely unbiased and truly centered around serving my clients’ best interests.
Supplying products for the residential housing industry gave me direct insight into what consumers want, what quality work looks like, and what can add value to a home. This has been a huge asset in real estate, allowing me to identify the pros and cons of a home, recommend upgrades to increase value, and envision a home’s potential from a design perspective. I’m incredibly hands-on, offering concierge-level service. When something needs to get done, I get it done! From staging and prepping a home to overseeing renovations, finding trustworthy contractors, and ensuring every detail is carefully coordinated, I ensure it gets done the right way.

What has always motivated me is building relationships and serving others. I want everyone I work with to feel confident they have a skilled, trustworthy professional backing them. I am strategic in how I position my clients to be successful, and very knowledgeable about the market, having lived in the DFW area for over 30 years. I’ll do everything I can to help my clients achieve their goals and have a great experience along the way! Since starting my real estate career in 2023, I have already become a top agent at my brokerage and was recognized as a top producer in the DFW market by building a strong referral-based business that I’m proud of.
Outside of work, family is everything to me. I don’t have kids of my own, so I consider my nieces, nephews, and their kids, as my own. I also love to travel the world, work on interior design projects, and spend time gardening.
My approach centers around relationships, serving my clients with integrity, total transparency, and a genuine desire to help. My experience ranges from bringing luxury listings to the market, to helping first-time buyers find their perfect home, to helping investors find profitable opportunities.
I’ve worked on many flips with investors, using my design knowledge to help guide renovations and create quality spaces that people want to live in. For sellers, I help determine what repairs or updates are actually worth doing and where to put money to get the best final price. My marketing expertise helps me showcase a space to generate interest from the right buyers. For buyers, my 30+ years of living and working in the Metroplex gives me a true understanding of the diverse neighborhoods here and how they fit different lifestyles and needs. I can spot potential in a home and know what drives value. By serving a diverse range of clients, I keep on the pulse of the latest market trends and current needs of today’s buyers and sellers.
I’m grateful for every opportunity to guide my clients through one of life’s biggest decisions, and I’m committed to making the process as smooth, rewarding, and personal as possible. I’d be honored for the opportunity to work together.
Sincerely,

Amy Quaid
